Conflict of interest

This section includes the publication of:

▪  the Appendix "The prevention and control of conflict of interest under art. 22 Reg. (EU) 2021/241" adopted by the General Inspectorate for the NRRP at the Ministry of Economy and Finance by Circular No. 13 of March 28, 2024;
▪  the Note No. 30789 of June 12, 2024, in which the Department of Civil Protection provided the implementing Administrations with the necessary indications for the correct compilation and subsequent uploading into the ReGiS system of the templates attached to the Appendix;
▪  the templates "Declaration of absence of conflict of interest of the beneficial owner - selection of projects," "Declaration of absence of conflict of interest of the staff of the Central Administration/Contracting Authority," "Checklist - Verification of conflict of interest in the tender process."
